Over the past 13 years, STI has been a trusted partner, providing certification and independent reports to assist dutyholders in fulfilling their mandatory obligations and adhering to regulations encompassing electrical, gas, water, air conditioning, emergency lighting, active, and passive fire systems.

Our team includes energy assessors and low carbon consultancy experts who specialise in optimising energy efficiency and sustainability.

Our extensive knowledge and experience have prompted existing clients to entrust us with remedial and new installation projects. As a result, we have established an installation division capable of handling projects with values of up to £500,000. This expansion reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions and exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their compliance and operational needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

Social Responsibilty Statement

STI acknowledge the significant environmental impact of our daily operations. We are commitment to our social and environmental responsibility drives us to collaborate closely with clients, employees, and our supply chain to raise awareness and promote collective engagement.

We proactively encourage training for all of our employees. All our employed engineers and technicians are qualified and registered with relevant regulatory bodies like Gas Safe and F-GAS, holding Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards certified by the Joint Industry Board.

Our directly employed team members are supported by vetted sub-contractors who align with STI‘s commitment to social responsibility. We encourage our employees to contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategic objectives through participation in our Sustainability Group. This group decides on campaign initiatives and promotes fundraising and involvement in local projects.

As of November 2022, STI proudly supports Fans Supporting Foodbanks, our chosen preferred charity.

We are actively reshaping our operations to drive positive change and are dedicated to playing our part in mitigating climate change and fostering a sustainable future.

Our current initiatives are:

– Embracing electric vehicles is a significant step towards reducing our carbon footprint.

– As approved Air-to-air heat Pump installers, we promote energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions that significantly reduce electricity consumption.

– We exclusively install air conditioning systems with ‘A’ rated energy certifications, aligning with forward-thinking manufacturers.

– Holding F-Gas certifications, our team ensures responsible refrigerant gas handling.

– We have transitioned to low GWP refrigerants to minimise environmental impact.

– We promote efficient AC heat pump system operation through regular servicing, keeping energy costs in check.

– We actively segregate and recycle waste, striving to minimise landfill contributions.

– Our installations incorporate smart features that reduce unnecessary energy consumption, aligning with environmental sustainability.
